Cream Pink Paisley Upcycled Sari Silk Scarf

This beautiful scarf has been created from a cream floral and pink paisley pattern vintage silk sari to make a lovely, simple to wear accessory: just wrap it twice or three times around your neck, or fold in half & slip one end through the other - a versatile accessory of generous proportions. The scarf is made from a single layer of fabric that is sewn into a loop.

All scarves are individually sewn by me in Westcliff, England.

This is a unique piece and makes a perfect present or gift for yourself

The size is approx 228 cm in circumference x 48 cm, approx 89" x 20½".

This is vintage fabric and therefore may have slight imperfections such as small marks, holes or pulls in the fabric although I do my best to ensure that each piece is as close to perfect as possible.

I endeavour to convey the colours in the fabric as accurately as possible, however, there may be slight discrepancies between different monitors and screens. Please note the pattern placement may vary slightly but it is made from the same sari.

Washing and care: All the saris are pre-washed and ironed by me prior to sewing. Hand-wash gently with a mild detergent and line dry, before a careful warm iron. Use caution with rough fingernails and jewellery, the fabric is very delicate.
