Cerise Pink Upcycled Sari Silk Infinity Scarf

This stunning eco-friendly colour block upcycled sari silk scarf has been created just for you from two complementary vintage pure silk saris to make a lovely, simple to wear summer accessory: just wrap it twice or three times around your neck, or fold in half & slip one end through the other - a versatile accessory of generous proportions. The natural, breathable silk means it will keep you warm in the winter but won't be too hot for the summer. This scarf has an all-over design in pink and cerise at one end and pink with an abstract pattern in cerise and purple at the other.

 

The size is approx 210 cm circumference x 17 cm, approx 83" x 7".

 

All scarves are individually sewn by me in Westcliff, England.

 

This is a unique piece and makes a perfect present or gift for yourself.

 

This is vintage fabric and therefore may have slight imperfections such as small mark, holes or pulls in the fabric although I do my best to ensure that each piece is as close to perfect as possible.

 

Washing and care: All the saris are pre-washed and ironed by me prior to sewing. Hand-wash gently with a mild detergent and line dry, before a careful warm iron. Use caution with rough fingernails and jewellery, the fabric is very delicate.
