This stunning orange eco friendly upcycled sari silk scarf has been created from a vintage pure silk sari to make a lovely, simple to wear accessory: just wrap it twice or three times around your neck, or fold in half & slip one end through the other - a versatile accessory of generous proportions. The natural, breathable silk means it will keep you warm in the winter but won't be too hot for the summer. The scarf is made from a double layer of fabric which is sewn into a loop with all seams inside. This scarf is available in tto styles; a standard straight rectangular scarf or an infinity or loop scarf where the ends are sewn together to make a loop, and two patterns; the all over floral pattern or the floral pattern with a bright orange panel, just make your selection when you checkout. This scarf has an amazing embroidered floral design stunning bright orange background. All scarves are individually sewn by me in Westcliff, England. This is a unique piece and makes a perfect present or gift for yourself. The size is approx. 224 cm circumference x 27 cm, approx. 88" x 10½".This scarf has been created using a wonderfully smooth soft silk with good drape. This is hand printed vintage fabric and therefore may have slight imperfections such as small marks, holes or pulls in the fabric although I do my best to ensure that each piece is as close to perfect as possible.I endeavour to convey the colours in the fabric as accurately as possible, however there may be slight discrepancies between different monitors and screens. Washing and care: All the sari's are pre-washed and ironed by me prior to sewing. Hand-wash gently with a mild detergent and line dry, before a careful warm iron. Use caution with rough fingernails and jewellery, the fabric is very delicate.Created with love in a smoke and pet free home.Thank you for looking.During this Coronovirus pandemic, I will continue to work from home supplying you to the best of my abilities.
